My first short movie for the 2002? B Grade Horror Film Fest with assistance from Matt Fredrickson in the voice-overs.
My first 'talkie' was a much more ambitious film with over eight different locations and a huge cast of characters! It 'only' took three days to film. With a Leo award-winning makeup artist providing the blood and gore for the zombies and cast and crew providing locations, transportation and extra gear this truly was a community made film. We were happy to be able to watch it on the big screen after 250 hours of editing, music production and post. Thanks to everone who came out and helped create this film.
Starring: David Moldofsky, Jessica Salvador, Tara Bowland, Johan Boss, Kate Power, Erin Sage and thanks to many more who contirubted to the making of 'Interview with a Zombie'.

Based on the same format as the chatty existential 'Waking Life' this movie had the same post rotoscopingesque animation and long existential monologues. Though I learned my lesson from the last film and had only one location it was still a challenging shoot with even more of the community coming together with gear and lighting and even a camera crane! The long monologes were not really the best fit for the B Grade Horror Fest audience but it still remains one of my favourite films. You can really see how far the actors have come. Thanks again to everyone who lent us the locations, acted, transported, scored and contributed in any way to the film it was really a fun project to create. Thanks again to David Moldofsky, Fred Oke, Rainbow Flo, Len, Johan Bos, Joe, Tara Bowland and everyone else who helped contribute to the making of 'Waking Death'.
Though not exactly a B Grade Horror film the costumes in this playful and dark themed music video lent to the Halloween theme. Enjoy the beautiful costumes donated by KLC to help convey the struggle between life/death and negitive emotions. Thanks to Rainbow Flo, Tara Bowland, Jeane, Laura for the use of the location and anyone else who contributed to the making of 'Versus'.
As a final treat for your Halloween tricks I have included the promotional video I made for the Underworld Halloween party at the GLC in Whistler. Probably one of the best parties of the year with the whole community getting together to create the decore, the lighting and the sounds of one of the most fantastic nights in Whistler. Costumes were out of this world and I haven't seen another Halloween party to rival it yet! Enjoy your Halloween by staying in but you can still enjoy the party from the comfort of your own home.
For those of you who can't get enough of the real thing, here is the uncut footage of the best Halloween party of all time! Enjoy the costumes and the music and lights in the best bar in Whistler! Happy Halloween! Thanks for all the memories.
